After his penalty miss against Wolves on Monday Pogba was targeted online and in response United issued a statement condemning the abuse.

The Daily Express headline reads “Harry’s war on racist trolls” and on Twitter Maguire wrote: “Social media need to do something about it... Every account that is opened should be verified by a passport/driving licence.

“Stop these pathetic trolls making numerous accounts to abuse people. @Twitter @instagram.”

‘No revenge’ in third Test

Steve Smith will miss the third Ashes Test with concussion after the Australia star was hit by a bouncer from England quick bowler Jofra Archer.

Aussie head coach Justin Langer insists there will be “no revenge” at Headingley, the Daily Mail reports, after Smith was ruled out.

The third Test starts tomorrow in Leeds and England’s Jason Roy will be given a “last chance” at the opener’s role, says The Daily Telegraph.
